Review content:
I've only eaten here a handful of times and have had too many bad experiences.\r
Breakfast...cheap but ok food. My hash browns were still cold. And my husband asked for steak sauce and he was told no, steak sauce was reserved for dinner only. I've previously worked in the food service industry and have never seen a place that first, denied a customer such a simple request. And second, doesn't write the cost of condiments in their food bill!\r
Dinner...I stopped after work to order the rib dinner to go. Got home and found I was given the wrong dinner. Ok...I can accept that it was my fault for not checking. However, I drove the 15 miles back to swap for the correct dinner. And here was my experience. The dinner I ordered was sitting on the counter and it was handed to me without even an apology. Not even an offer of a fresh made dinner. Should a customer have to ask?? \r
Got home and my ribs and mashed potatoes were cold, my coleslaw was warm and my bun was complete mush from the condensation.\r
I have to say that this last experience was it for me. I've always believed in supporting small business. But this is once business I can no longer bring myself to support.
