I gave them a woofer from a JBL speaker to be reconed. When I got it back, the cement around the dustcap looked like a 5 year old had applied it. When I questioned the tech, he replied with : ""You're gonna cover it with the speaker grille"". Yeah. That will really help if I were to sell my speakers on an online auction site.\r

To top it off, they affixed their sticker on my woofer (As if I would bring it back to them the next time) LOL!!!
