I have used Mr Reed before, but it had been several years. My remote wasn't working, and I had checked the attery and that wasn't the problem. I tried to call but his number had changed, so I called a Bradenton company, he said it would cost $55 for a service call and $49 for a new remote if I needed one. Then he told me he didn't come to Sun CIty. So I got on the internet and put in garage door repairs - Reed's Residential popped up and I knew that was Steve Reed I had used before. I called and he told me how to reset the remote on the phone - problem solved at no cost and with a professional assist. I recommend this company for any garage door issue - the service I had gotten before was excellent also. This company is honest and forthcoming - so I would call him for any service in the future.
