Would fully agree with most reviews here - Move somewhere else. My son moved in to a filthy apartment - hair and mold all over the bathroom and a layer of thick grease over all kitchen surfaces that took a full day for us to clean to be livable - all the while waiting on management to come by and inspect. They never showed. His apartment later had bed bugs which took multiple calls over multiple days to be resolved. Was only resolved after I called every exterminator in town to find why it was taking so long only to realize when I finally found the one who serviced UC, they had yet to be contacted. Move out charges for my son included a bathroom cleaning charge - UNBELIEVABLE! Do not expect quality management from UC - after 6 months of communication because I could never receive an answer to my dispute of charges - we just received a collection notice in the mail. Better to pay immediately and move on and be grateful there are much better places to live in Baton Rouge. Save yourself some trouble and move somewhere else!
