Review content:
I had quite a different experience with Mr. Delisle, I was actually kicked out of his office after an adjustment one day, for making a joke that he took offense to. I had my adjustment - went into the office to make my follow up appointment - he appeared to be in a mood already regarding some lady cancelling an appointment (made comments in front of me to his secretary), I was joking around with his secretary and (in a silly voice) said "" he wants me to walk, but he broke me"" then laughed. My daughter was waiting for me in the waiting room and when I came around the corner she asked me if I was okay and I said and did the same thing to her. Mr., Delisle came out from a room out back and said that I did not need to come back, told me that he was trying to help me, told me that I offended him, said he was glad there were no patients in the waiting area, told me to have a nice life, and told not to hold his door open (as I was standing at the door ready to leave). I tried to apologize and explain, but he did not want to hear it. I have been raising my 6 year old grandson (since he was 6 months old) and he is on the Autism spectrum, I guess we have learned to try and keep things simple. At times he can be very aggressive, so I say to him (frequently) ""be careful you don't break Nana or be careful Nana has a boo boo"" ,. Anyways the point is this-, Mr. Delisle acted unprofessionally, immaturely, irresponsibly, and rudely. I am always telling me 6 year old to use his words and lately, I am finding many adults cannot do the same. Life is way too short to not have a sense of humor Mr. Delisle. There were so many different ways the situation could have been handled, but the way he handled it was over the top. I was upset that I had just allowed this very angry man to adjust me at that point and in shock and awe at the way I had just been spoken too as well. Anyways this is just my opinion and last I checked - I was entitled to it. Oh and by the way - I would not recommend this chiropractor - you just might say something that offends him.
