Review content:
One of the most bizarre business transactions I've ever had. It started out great. A bonded tree expert came to the house gave us a very fair price and they were able to do the work the same week. \r \r Work was done, very satisfactorily until the end. There were some tire tracks on the front lawn from the crew's heavy truck. While it was not in the contract to fix the lawn, the crew foreman said ""we'll be back next week to fix that"" ""Great"", I said. I wrote a check for 80% of the total as agreed upon. \r \r We had a snow storm the next day so it was hard to see if the work was done properly. About a week went by and I got a call from the business office. I said I had not seen the crew return and would like to have that done before paying my balance. I then got an email that said a manager would be out to look at my property, wait to hear from us.\r \r About 3 weeks passed. We had more snow and we weather, so I thought the company may be waiting to finish. I waited a little longer because my last communication with the company said I would be hearing from them. \r \r Then, suddenly I get an email from the salesman telling me because of my unpaid balance, I had 24 hours to pay or they would take me to court. I was told that the foreman from the crew had no authority to speak for the company and they would not be fixing any tire marks. WHAT? I had been waiting to hear from the company, as instructed by them. I had no intention of not paying or even thinking about it. I expressed this displeasure with the business practices paid my bill, and never heard from the company again. \r \r The work was done well and quickly, but the business practices leave a lot to be desired.
