I took my Harmon Kardon AVR510 receiver for repair as I found this business was listed with Harmon Kardon as an authorizes repair facility. Also, the storefront suggest they are an authorized repair facility for numerous manufacturers. Bill, the owner, was able to find the problem within a few hours and called to let me know what the cost would be and the amount of time it would take to fix the issue, before making any repairs. When the repairs were complete Bill called and let me know (about a week total and within the time frame quoted) and Bill also tested the receiver in front of me to show me that it was functioning properly. I would recommend anyone this company to anyone who needs any type of home audio/video repair.\r
