Metro Livery is easy to contact. I've only been using them for about 6 weeks now because I'm new to this, but they've been good so far. No ball dropping and no glitches yet. They are there when you need them, go where you want them to go and do what needs to be done. They bring the people where they need to go!
Recently, a co-worker gave me their phone number to arrange a pick-up. I called them to pick up a guest from their flight. Two guys from Metro Livery picked up the guest. They called me from the road when they were close so I could talk them through where to go. They dropped the guest off here at Vanderbilt Orthopedics. I plan on using them again.
