Its almost silly to read the website about anticipation!! We are a refriderated carrier that has had nothing but issues with this company. they get you on the hook out of Washington with no spots or injunction from dispatch to be sure the shippers know about the pick up. We tried this with three trucks over a month period.it was 3 days to get it on 3 days after you arrive in Florida.they have zero interaction. Its just one smoke screen after another.they tell you one rate to get the truck at shipper with no confirmation til the last minute which is always 500.00 less than promised.this company is a joke.my daughters day care runs smoother than Fulmer..if you are considering a haul I'd think again .its 10 days each way to Florida.
