I brought my 4 year old (at that time) for a sinus and ear infection, seeing Dr. McCormick. This was our first visit back to Carousel in a very long time, having left because of a rude staff. The new staff was extremely pleasant, and we had no problems with anything or anyone. Dr. McCormick was very professional and displayed a good bedside manner, quickly putting my agitated son at ease. I was relieved to see that the Doctor did not push to medicate my son with unnecessary medications, though we were given antibiotics due to the nature of the ear/sinus infection. Both mom and son left satisfied.
