Yup, Definitely no hot water as of 2/14/14 This is unacceptable as of today I will continue to take all necessary action to make sure everyone knows about this problem. It is unhealthy to be without hot water, sanitation and otherwise. I am concerned for my relatives and the other tenants with children and overall health of those affected by the failed boiler system which everyone at Lincoln place do no value enough to replace. I heard managements excuse that it is too expensive, my solution get a loan and fix or replace simple. Lincoln Place for the last 6 weeks has failed its tenants with regards to this issue. I am saddened by having to take this so far as a result of their negligence. But people considering renting here should be aware of this issue.\r
