When I needed a replacement for my windshield on my MINI Cooper, I spoke to Bill of Autoglass Masters. He was extremely responsive to the emails I sent him. He answered all of the questions I had, and he let me know a good time to bring my car in. He was very friendly upon my arrival. He explained the process thoroughly and let me know what things might happen. When the job was complete, I asked if I could leave it there an extra day. He said it would be no problem and that he would leave my car covered in their shop.
I just picked up my MINI yesterday, and it looks great! The work was cleanly done. There were no extra scratches, weird markings, or anything like that. Bill is definitely a good person to get a windshield replacement from. His prices were fair. Though his charges were a bit more than other places, those places did not have as good a reputation as Autoglass Masters.
