I would like to preface this comment by letting you know how great it has been to live under the direction of Jacob Grant Property Management. Whenever we had any maintenance requests they were taken care of immediately. If I ever had any questions or concerns they were great to answer them and always keep my mind at ease. I feel like they have made Gateway apartments safer and cleaner than when they were managed by another company.
