Review content:
Prior to being in an accident, i brought my car in for an estimate to have some trim work replaced around the windows. The estimate was fine and i wanted to have the work done, but got delayed due to work and finances. About 6 months later, I brought my car in for some insurance work after being involved in an accident and asked CAB to perform the insurance work as well as perform the window trim that i had received an estimate for earlier. When I got the car back about three weeks later, they had performed the insurance work - partially, but had forgotten to do the windo trim work. After inspecting the insurance work, it was noticed that CAB had missed a dent in the car that should have been handled by CAB as part of the insurance. So i had to leave the car for another week to have the trim and missed dent fixed.
After getting the car back the second time, approximately 3 or 4 months went by when I was driving down the road and a portion of the window trim started flapping in the wind. I brought the car back to CAB who said it looked like somebody had tried to break into the car. I find it weird that if somebody tried to break into the car, they would only partially pop of a piece of window trim. I paid for the replacement part as CAB said they would install free of labor. The same day after installing the new trim, i checked the trim before driving home from work and it was gone - it had somehow completely fallen off the car. I called CAB again and this time they paid for the part and re-installed it. This was yesterday (1/23). No issues yet!
Overall the customer service is good, but i have doubts about the quality of work and oversight being performed at CAB
