I just wanted to tell you how much I like the blinds I bought through you and how much I appreciated your help with the process. Your professionalism--including both your ability to suggest different solutions for different installations and your knowledge of your product lines--was outstanding. You spent the necessary time and were able to help me think about the needs for the various spaces involved. Your attention to detail was also appreciated. It was also tremendously helpful to be able to look at your pictures of installations as well as the actual product lines. All the blinds came in right on time and the installation was also excellent. You have also been very accessible for any questions. I would not hesitate to call you again (pretty soon for the kitchen...) and to recommend you to a friend. It was also very nice to get to know you and find out the many things we have in common. Thanks again for all your help and expertise.
