They came to the house today during the agreed-upon time window. Nice lady in Dispatch called 20 minutes before the tech arrived. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a good job fixing a water leak and unclogging two slow drains. Great job guys! Maybe a little expensive but he had the needed parts and now everything works.
