Shame on you for what you did to that poor woman who is battling cancer I was a Hem/Onc nurse and now a palliative/hospice nurse what you did was just terrible. I pray God will heal your hardened heart from maybe other customers that took advantage of you. You should NEVER judge a customer but ALWAYS give good customer service. Regardless if they buy from you or not. The best you could do now would be to publicly apologize for your insensitive demeanor or maybe it is time to close your doors as you seem to be burnt out from selling all these years and your heart has hardened for the very people you claim to want to serve and please during one of the darkest times of there lives..\r
