Review content:
I too am appalled at the disgraceful customer service that Allison received. However, I would also like to point out that this behavior has become ""the norm"" in todays service industries! Granted, it is twice as bad that they treated a cancer patient like this, but they also treat the rest of society with the same lack of courtesy. I think it is time we everyday citizens take a stand and start demanding better service! From the rude employees at Sharon's to the store clerk chatting on the phone while her customers wait, to the waitress that forgets your table is in her section. EVERYONE deserves better service for the money we have to spend these days! No one (especially a cancer patient) should have to put up with this lack of ""customer service"". I wish we would all boycott any & all establishments that we have had a negative experience in! Stop overlooking the lack of customer service because it's more convenient or cheaper! Go the extra mile for all of us and demand better service from EVERY service oriented establishment! Make them accountable!\r
