My Maltese, Skip, is a special needs dog. When I moved to the Palm Desert area, I was very concerned about finding a good doctor for him. I read all the reviews I could find online, and then asked my neighbors also. Even though some of the reviews on this hospital were not so good on this site, I was still most commonly referred to them. I took my chances. I called and asked so many questions, and they were so helpful. I took Skippy in for just an exam and to get to know the doctor, and I was really impressed. Just three months after this, Skippy got sick. He was vomiting and defecating everywhere. When I called, they had the doctor call me back the same day, and not only did Dr. Connor call me by name, he was ready with solutions. He gave me medicine, and offered a lot of great advice. Since then I have brought Skip back for check ups and he's doing great. I really appreciate them taking the time to comfort a worried Mom! I will definitely take Skip there from now on.
