The boyfriend and I came here for a weeknight date with a Groupon that was about to expire in two days. It wasn't the nightmare everyone else seems to have had in the last year. It must be our good Yelp karma or the fact that we are the parents of a preschooler and cherish date night opportunities. Sure, the bathrooms were gross and the place looks like the Regal Beagle. But that view! Where else can you relax with a glass of wine and watch the Bay Bridge light show? And thanks to Groupon, we only spent about $15. Our waiter reminded me of one of my tios, full of jokes and Spanglish banter, but he kept our drinks filled. The food was decent. Fish and veggies were nicely cooked. I don't know that I would come out of my way to return. But it was a touristy San Francisco tradition I was pleased to experience.
