Allstate sent me to there shop for a estimate, The owner was over confident in his ability to get the job done well and on time. I think his name was Kelvin. I gave them the keys as he said he could get it done and it would be fast. That was the last I heard from him. I tried to call him, but I kept getting his staff saying he wasn't there? It was not done on time, it did not look good, and Kelvin never called me back to explain what the delays were. Some guy that I talked with said the owner was gone on vacation every time I called? I brought back my car a few weeks later and I was told he was on vacation again? I could never get a straight answer from any one that worked there. In fact I doubt any one knew what was actually going on with my repairs. I finally called insurance, and that didn't get me much help either. All I wanted was my car fixed correctly and to look like it did before the accident. The panels did not line up correctly I was told it was due to aftermarket parts? I asked why they used aftermarket parts when I said to not use them on there form??? So they exchanged them out for used parts. That looked ok I guess. I wish I could post pictures of it on here it would tell the story. As for Kelvin, I left messages for him and he never called me back.
