Review content:
I had to have a tire replaced due to pothole damage. The shop found a matching tire but we had some issues getting it to the store, no fault of the store. The warehouse said they were open on Saturday. My specialist, Andrew, tried several time to reach the warehouse in addition to assisting customers on a busy saturday. The tire did not come in till Monday but the shop supervisor got me a loaner since I had over $300 worth of service. I had nightmares of the type of loaner they would give me however the loaner was a car so new it still had the new car smell. Then to top all this off, when I pickup my car Monday after work, they had it parked the way I like it without me even asking. OH yeah, I had questions about the alignment and Jake explained it to me in a way I understood. Exceptional service and I have told others about this facility.
