I found PTJ in a search online for a replacement 5hp air compressor motor. They had by far the best price available and the motor was in stock in a nearby warehouse for quick delivery. I took a chance and placed my order online and received an order confirmation, so back to work I go. I couple days went by and no motor showed up, so I called customer service. No voicemail, a rep. answered the phone and quickly determined that some glitch had occurred and that it would be taken care of right away. He then informed me that they would either ship the motor that day standard ground freight and refund "ALL" my money. OR they would ship the motor first thing in the morning via courier for same day delivery at no extra cost. The choice was up to me, I needed the motor bad so I opted for the courier service, the motor showed up just after lunchtime the next day in perfect condition. These people are awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone! Did I mention they have free shipping normally as well! Bravo!
