Review content:
Our son signed up for Top Test Prep being told that he would get an experienced, in-home tutor. After the company took our money (several thousands of dollars), they sent us a kid who had just started law school to tutor using standard books that you can buy off Amazon (LSAT SuperPrep - it's $25). Next they started giving us the run around saying that it was too far for the kid to travel to our home, so they could easily switch us to online prep. No! We didn't spend tons of money for online prep! When we demanded in person, we were given all kinds of excuses about how it was too far, and they couldn't reimburse the tutor for the zip car because of the IRS, etc. In our opinion, they shouldn't have promised what they couldn't deliver and should have just admitted at the beginning that they didn't have experienced LSAT tutors in our area.
