WOW...where to start...hummm Moved in last August and had issues with the apartment that needed to be fixed...countless calls later to the management office and in ONLY 6 weeks they were fixed. Then the water heater would only allow a 4 minute shower so asked for them to check it out...again LONG wait...they said it was fine but I kept after them and finally they check it out again to find only one of the two heating elements was working...so at 5 months here I finally have hot water. Then The down stairs neighbor screams at her kids constantly...in and out of the apartment and slams her door...asked management to do something NOTHING has changed. The last couple of weeks cop cars and fire trucks three times. Assigned parking...means nothing although you pay for it... Thugs wandering around late at night and craziness during the weekends. We want out but, management refuses to shorten our lease to a 9 month lease from a 12 month even though we said we would pay the extra charge for the rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE ...they make an effort but it is very minimal...feels dangerous
