Smith's worked on my 300CE Mecerdes Coupe and always did a great job. I still have it but also just acquired a vintage 500SEL. I was preparing to take it on its innagural road trip and needed some things done first. They couldn't get me in on Friday, I was leaving town Saturday morning, but Bill proactively took it in his own hands and asked if I could come in first thing Saturday, which I did!
Not only did they fix my headlight switch, but I'd asked Bill to look at a belt noise. Turned out, it was an tension unit issue. Bill found the part, had it delivered in an hour and still got me back on the road at the same time he'd promised for just my switch. And I was headed for my best friends surprise birthday part, 2.5 hours away, so time was important on that day!
