We have enjoyed everything about this community. From the beaches to the family events and the gym. Where we moved from was very unpleasant and the kids could never play outside. Here they have friends everywhere & are always outside.\r
I do have to say the staff is friendly and very helpful. When calling maintenance for any issues Eyvonne was on it! She new how to help, was friendly and just all around good person & new her business. Thank you for all you do.\r

The only negative comment I have to include is within the past year our electric has increased dramatically!!! We were all aware of the rate increase, however I could have never imagine the damage to our pockets it has done! So beware, moving here no matter how frugal you are, you'll still have an outreageous bill.
