Actual yard service was good but office management is severly lacking. Does not honor commitments of communication to the customer. Charges for services that are not authorized by the customer. Does not have a good communication between the team doing the work on your yard and the ownerships. They do what you ask (although it may not be on the day you expect it with no communication of when to expect them) but if you are looking for them to manage your yard and alert you if there are any issues before the issues take over and require a ton of additional cost, you won't receive it with this company. \r

If all you want is to have your yard mowed and the shrubs trimmed at some point, you'll be fine going with them.
