BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!\r I hired him to survey my land as part of building my home. He said he would come out the next day, and didn't. I called him and he said he would definitely get to it the next day and didn't. Two weeks later he finally completed the job. He immediately wanted payment of course!\r Then he had to come back out for the tree survey. Again he delayed and delayed, but again, after finishing wanted payment immediately. \r We needed the plot plan to get permits. At this point we didn't want to use him, but a new surveyor would have cost an additional $700 so we gave him another chance. It took him TWO WEEKS to get the plot plan done (of course promising he would have it done immediately!). After we got the permits he had to stake out the house. He was again a no show. At this point we had enough and fired him. \r Note, I paid him immediately each time, expecting that maybe he would see that I was a good paying customer and give me better service. NOT EVEN CLOSE!
