Jeff Nathan does what he says he is going to do. I was not the one who paid him: it was my son. But I'm a real estate agent, so I met him at a networking meeting. I told him, "I'll tell my son about you; you just have to explain to him what you want to do and do everything right." He did the job and did it right. I went in and checked on him and he was there.
He redid the whole lower level of my son's house and the upstairs bathroom. He did a whole lot of work. They were very professional and got in there did it. He supervised and overlooked everything and made sure they did it right. It's wonderful; it's like day and night. In fact, I have their house listed and we just got a contract on it. It was all the work they did that sold it so quick. It sold in six days.
Jeff comes down, gives an estimate and stays within that estimate. If he didn't my daughter-in-law would have sent him away a long time ago. I told him, "If you can win her over, you got it." They did it and they did it right and she was tickled the best by it. He came in within budget and he did everything he said he would do, so I have to recommend him for that.
