I am a mother of 16 year old boy who had decided that it was no longer in his best interest to attend school, pass his classes, engage with his family and had started using drugs. This started his freshman year and continued into his next year. I had reached my witts end!! I couldntmake him get up for school and we were headed toward truancy court. I started researching for programs and boarding schools, but my concern in sending him away was that I would compound the problems with abandoning him. I found this program and it was local. I was REALLY aprehensive about doing this to him and our family. But I did it anyway. We have almost completed the 12 week course with amazing results. It isnt easy but it is so worth the time and effort and money!! Mjr. Dankowski has a fantastic program. My son has not missed one day of school, his grades are improving, he is spending time with his family and communicating. He asking to get back involoved with his old youth group. He is doing these things on his own. I am not asking or pushing on him. He is gaining a confidensce in himself tha I have not seen before. I am super satisfied in my decision.
