Review content:
I created an account just to leave this review. After looking up their D- BBB rating it makes sense.\r
\r
I try to support local businesses, so I looked these guys up. I called for availability on a dash kit for a vehicle, and appropriate wiring harness to install a radio. The man on the phone told me it was in stock, and told me how much it was. I drove 45 minutes one way, and after arriving was told it was a special order. I recognized the guys voice, but he denied speaking with me and said there were other ways to install without the kit. After asking how he disappeared in back for 10 minutes and came back with no answer. \r
\r
Without a dash kit there would be a big gap in the dash around the radio. The wiring harness was $22, and not metra but some eBay piece they purchased for a few dollars that required hard wiring. Advance auto had the same harness for $7.\r
\r
I will never go back. Rude, Unknowledgable, and wasted hours of my time.
