I went to the one in Centralia Illinois about 9 months ago and a worker told me to use a test plug to stop up my drain in the basement. Well after 3 trips there and crappy attitudes from the workers and main manager I finally said the heck with it and got my money back. I called a plumber and he said that was the wrong part anyway. Should you go to Ace hardware in Centralia? Only if you like dealing with A hole/ idiot workers and managers. Im somebody thats been to hundreds of businesses and met thousands of people up and down the eastern United States and ive never met such a bunch of arrogant know it all cough morons. I will never go back there again if my life depends on it and thats besides the fact most of their products are at least twice the price of competitors its ridiculas and pathetic.
