Very rude. When I called about an order that was going on 3 weeks late they said there was nothing they could do. No discount or sympathy, in fact he laughed and hung up in my face. When I called back he then told me he could not refund me for the deposit. I told him when I ordered that I needed it by a certain date and he assured me it would be here before then. I am moving out of state but he still wont refund. No regard for customer service, and or lack of business management in my opinion.
