I have worked with US Make Ready and Rafael for several years now. I live in Phoenix but own a property that I rent out in Texas. At very competitive prices, they go the extra mile for me with the high quality services they provide. I have had them do flooring, general house maintenance, painting, dry wall work, and cleaning. There was one occasion where I had a tenant leave the house in pretty bad shape, and US Make Ready was able to get it back in prime condition and ready to be put back on the market. I mostly deal with them over the phone or via email. Rafael will also send me pictures of the jobs they compete, since I'm based in Phoenix and cannot physically see their work all of the time. Based on their communication, their skills, the services they provide, and their reasonable prices, you can definitely feel comfortable working with this company.
