I agree with Jana T and P S.. Everything they said we got yesterday times 10! This woman has no business in a customer service oriented job ever! She went on the same tirade towards us yesterday because we dared to criticize her creation. She called us liars, that we had no basis in reality, hysterical, vulgar names, drug addicts and alcoholics and her name-calling tirade continued in a voice mail to me after we left. We have waited three months to see anything from her and when she finally has something to show us it was absolutely ugly. She clearly has a personal problem with men in particular because she called me earlier yesterday to warn me that if my husband ""started to bully her"" she would have no choice but to respond. My husband has been nothing but sweet and complimentary every time he has visited her shop until yesterday! In my opinion, she needs professional help as soon as possible. I do not understand anyone who has given her such high praise. Apparently she was a different Jan that day.
