Blind Eye Spy Shop----I had a security system installed 2 months ago and it has never worked properly. After 2 service calls, it is worse than ever. It monitors activity, but the record and playback are simply useless. Customer service is just as aggravating, they don't return calls as they say they will and the wait for the service calls has been in weeks. I've initiated complaints with the BBB of West Florida and the Division of Consumer Services in Tallahassee. I want this system removed and my money refunded, but the vandals round here love this No Spy Cam.
