Review content:
There are a lot of little things that could go wrong with an alarm system. With mine it would malfunction during the night and instead of the company waiting till the morning to call me they would call me in the middle of the night to make sure nothing was wrong. I understand where they are coming from, they want to make sure that I am safe, but its so prone to error, that it is actually becoming an inconvenience to have. I know they inherited this particular alarm system from a company they bought and I have asked them to replace it with one of their original products but they said it would cost a bunch of money and I personally do not want to go through all that. From a general standpoint the system isn't bad, but it could be better.
