Wendy’s: A warm and friendly work environment is the core of Wendy’s longstanding success. Collaboration and teamwork is promoted by a professional support staff. Wendy’s professional yet casual environment contributes to a caring, respectful workplace.\r THIS IS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH: My daughter who is 16 applied for a job and Wendy’s, she was so proud she got a job all on her own. She started work in the Doylestown Pa Store working for a guy named Even. Well it was not long before Even was touching my daughter, calling her sweetie and baby, this from the store manager. Even continued his sexual assault on my daughter, till one day when my daughter turned to Evan, spoke up and told him to stop. So what does Evan do, cut her hours by more than half. Apparently Evan was taking money out of the registers every night and putting on his managers’ report that the employees gave him a short draw. He told my daughter that if she complained he would tell management that she was taking the money and she would get in trouble. \r After my daughter finally told us what was going on, I called the district Manager. I was told by Ashley, that she would take care of this. After three weeks of telling us that there was an investigation Evan and his assistant Steven are still working there. As far as my daughter, she was tacking so much verbal abuse by Evan and Steven she had to quite. \r Wendy’s does not take care of their employees; they do not provide a safe environment for teen girls to work in. Parents of teen girls who work at Wendy’s in Doylestown Pa, is your little girl being subjected to sexual advances by the Store Manager? You must investigate this for yourself, because Wendy’s management is allowing this to take place. What is next, will they start hiring known child molesters to run their stores? \r Upset Dad\r \r
