I booked my car in for 8am on a wednesday, but a storm started to come through on tuesday, so called to see if I could drop it off around noon tuesday so they had it for wednesday, they said sure, I dropped it off around 12.30pm gave info on what I wanted done to Pete in service. On wednesday mid morning Bonnie called saying car was ready, I picked up it up all completed around 12.30pm. Each time my car has gone in for service they have communicated well with me to let me know if anything needs or is going to need attention.
