Eric replaced our faulty furnace blower motor. He seemed confident while describing what needed to be done. He also explained some options in a confident manner. While he was working I offered my help if needed, he replied, " No thank you, I'm doing just fine" in a confident tone. He presented the billing in an informative and confident manner. We also had several friendly conversations during his stay. I am CONFIDENT that I made the right choice when I chose Southport.
