I purchased my Artisan Spa from the company rep at the Spring 2013 Tulsa Home and Garden Show. I about panicked after reading some reviews since I had already put down my deposit. However, I found NONE of this to be true. I received the exact product I had order, during the timeframe as promised and the delivery was very professional. They put it in the property position and gave a tutorial of the features. Sandy’s was in contact with us and very accommodating with the delivery scheduling despite the nasty weather. I have zero complaints. The LED lights upgrade was well-worth it! I love my spa and would gladly use Sandy’s again.
