Sunshine (SOME NAME) Corporation should be closed and investigated for consumer fraud. They are ABSOLUTELY the worst. Where do I begin? Well it is so much I will try to\r
be brief. I moved in the Glen 07/07 and was evicted 12/13 due to a returned check in Nov. and by the time I realized it it was obviously too late for them (the very next week) so I called the so-called office and spoke to a rude one who stated ""we can't talk to you you have to talk to our attorney"". Well Baer Baer Baer are inhuman, no point calling them UNLESS you have a LARGE amount of money for them. I was attempting to pay that large amount but I needed a few more days until my payday~NO WAY. I moved as they told me to do via us mail and was out before the end of December. I received a HUGE bill from them for damages (not longivity wear and tear like other apts, I have rented) SUNDARKNESS wants rent for Jan and late fees for Jan( PLUS the rent for Nov/Dec I accept I owe plus late fees). The ""bill"" is big. Now it appears the courts lets the attorneys run the courtroom and ALWAYS get what they want. I WILL be contacting consumer affairs in Nashville concerning them and encourage all who have\r
