I had to take the time to post a review because it's so very well deserved and most people only post when they have something bad to say. I have used the same vet forever but he retired and the office closed so I was so upset that I had to find someone new who didn't know my dog and I had seen Knightwood many times because I am from the area and decided to give it a try. Well let me start by saying the team that is behind the desk and runs the show is unreal. One is nicer than the other and I have never once called and not been greeted with a happy voice and is willing to go that extra mile to do whatever they can to help you. I have cancer and it's very hard for me to get there sometimes so I do call a lot and ask questions and they are answered or if they do not have one they find out and get back to you in lighting time. To address the doctors. I have seen 2 in the time since I changed and WOW is all I can say. They are so attentive to you and your pet. THey do whatever they can to make sure your pet is happy and healthy. My dog is almost 16 and I was very upset because I know that her time is almost up and was crying and she (the Dr.) came around the table and gave me a hug. Who does that?? She took an extra second to comfort me and she didn't have to do that and truthfully I was shocked. I have never been treated so wonderful by any vet I have ever used. The place is spotless and they have tons of brochures all over. They have everything you need to keep your pet happy and healthy and if they don't they will get it for you. If you haven't been there give it a try. Trust me you won't ever go back to your regular vet again!! \r

I want to thank you all at VCA Knightswood Animal Hospital for making the process of living with an elderly dog so much easier. Your all wonderful caring people and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!.
