Review content:
Like on reviewer stated, only one building has underground parking and in-unit washer/dryers. The rest have parking stalls and shared laundry, The facilities are not maintained well and are often dirty. Typically, the management slaps band-aids on anything that needs repair...and you may not even get that. There are moisture problems. There are mold and sanitary issues that have not been taken care of...serious stuff. The walls are quite thin...neighbors drink too much and argue. The only pros are the location and the spaciousness to the actual apartments. I could never recommend these apartments, as I was a former renter, and was not treated well by the management. I think if you are a trash loving, drug-using dog owner, Chestnut might be the place for you!
