Last autumn, I was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and being charged with possession of marijuana that i had in my car. I explained to the officer who arrested me that the weed in my car was for my medical condition and that I had a valid medical marijuana card. I also explained to the officer that I had smoked earlier in the weed when I had a flair up in my sciatica and that I hadn't smoked the day he pulled me over. He still arrested me.
I searched everywhere online for someone who could help me in this situation as I couldn't be charged with DUI for my job. I called a couple other attorneys before settling on Jared Adams, who I had seen on the news for publishing a book on marijuana law. I met with Jared and he explained to me exactly what was going to happen and what we needed to do for me to keep my license and my record clean. We ended up taking my case to a trial since the court wasn't going to offer me a plea deal or lower the charges. We ended up winning the case at the trial and I can now continue on with my life and my job. As others have reviewed, I would trust Jared Adams with any legal issue and tell everyone my story.
