Review content:
This place is a rip off. First of all, you initial a peace of paper which gives them the right to treat your pet and take full advantage of someones emotions at the time. Then you wait and wait and they run all kinds of unnecessary tests. THEN..a ""tech"" comes out with an estimate as if you were buying a car in the show room. If your pet has to stay, you have to cough up 75% of an (estimated) invoice. Watch out for that phrase, ""estimated""
I picked up my cat at my vets and he was having problems breathing so they recommended that I bring him to this factory called the V.C.A. so that he could be put on oxygen for the night. I brought the report and all necessary information with me. They ran the same damn tests over again.
My cat was there for 15 hours, and they charged me 649.39 (as if they could not knock off the .39) They even had to nerve to invoice me for $5.00 to give my cat meds. Meds that I brought with me.
I wish there were another place in the area to take a pet in need of emergency care than this high volume, fast paced assembly line. The only people I know that take advantage of someones emotions as good as these people, are funeral directors selling you unnecessary items.
STAY AWAY, if you can.
Pros: great place to be ripped off
Cons: this place is a money making factory
