I have to admit when I first started dealing with Ricci and the crew at TSM I was not anywhere near pleased but they have TOTALLY changed my perspective of them!!!! I have owned my car for about 4 months now and have only put 2,500 miles on it and the engine is already needing to be replaced!!!! I took it up to the shop to have them check it out after my guys already told me what it was and sure enough it was the engine!!!! Here I am stressing over how am I gonna get the money to pay for this and still be able to save to go to school in the Spring and I get a call from Ricci saying that since I've put so few miles on the car they are going to replace the engine free of charge to me that TSM will pay for the entire thing!!!!!! I let out a HUGE sigh of relief knowing that it was going to be taken care of for me was AMAZING!!!!!! I felt as though a HUGE weight had been lifted off of my shoulders!!!! 4 months ago I would have NEVER referred ANYONE to TSM but know I would tell the world thi
