I met with Don Wood in February 2012 to complete my fairly straight forward return. He did not submit my taxes within a month of my appointment, he claimed it was because he found an additional refund. He dd not contact me regarding this matter, rather only responded to me after serveral calls and emails. Finally asked me to come to his office to resign our return. I waited for an hour, with my baby with me, only to find his printer was broken and he was not able to print the document. It is now, May 21st and I still have not received my CA state refund. I emailed Mr. Wood regarding this one month ago and am yet to hear a response. \r
In short, if you have no expectations of your taxes being completed in a timely manner...he's your guy!
