AIX has proven to be our favorite restaurant in Denver. The food is always delicious and creative -- blending new styles, yummy sauces and a Provencal flair. The staff and owners have made us feel welcome and comfortable, yet they remain extremely professional and knowledgable about the menu, flavors and wines. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, yet it maintains a sophisticated feel. AIX consistently provides us with an excellent dining experience, never leaving us dissapointed.
